Hi, I'm Alison Bunce, Founder and CEO of Bunce Bakes, LLC.

My attention to clean ingredients grew after being diagnosed with adult-onset food allergies and intolerances at 21.

Baking has always been one my hobbies. I get so much joy out of creating nutrient dense and allergen friendly baked goods, that foodies without dietary restrictions love.

I have high standards. I am committed to sourcing only the highest quality pure ingredients, that make the best tasting products without adding additional waste to our environment.
